• 1. The EW-CM Solution will be hosted on AWS Gov Cloud for the production instance.
• 2. Hosting includes one production and six non-production instances
• 3. The EW-CM Solution SaaS license cost is provided for up to 35 internal users, up to 1000 External users and up to 50,000 Citizen users
• 4. Cardinality will leverage the Adobe or DocuSign licenses of the Agency for e-signature
• 5. The EW-CM Solution SaaS license includes - Yearly 2 upgrades, monthly hot fixes and level 3 support
• 6. The Operations & Maintenance phase is assumed to start after the DDI phase of 11 months and 1 month of Hypercare
• 7. Cardinality will provide a mobile responsive application. Development of a mobile app is not part of the scope of work
• 8. Cardinality will provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 support during the M&O Phase from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM excluding holidays
• 9. Training is based on two weeks of in-person sessions for the staff. Additional sessions, if required, will be delivered virtually through instructor-led classes or self-paced modules.
• 10. All resources would be based out of the United States
• 11. The services cost above includes data migration from one legacy system and integrations with up to 5 different applications.
