Extraction notes

DDI staffing rows in the Implementation Plan tab (row 67) are on a WEEKLY basis (Week 1..Week 16, 'Total'=person-weeks e.g. 65.75), not monthly, so fte_months was left null for those roles to avoid unit confusion (their 'price' is still their actual $ price). Only the single M&O role (Support Engineer, Month 1..12) is genuinely monthly, so fte_months=1.2 is reported for it. hours_basis_per_month could not be recovered because the weekly grid has no explicit hours column. Scope & Assumptions tab references Georgia SHINES ('Get PreBill Information from Shines') confirming this invoice-automation module rides on the SHINES CCWIS platform. Chose 'Summary' tab as the pricing-summary-equivalent (workbook has no tab literally named 'Pricing Summary'); only one non-deprecated pricing workbook existed in the folder (a 'Deprecated' subfolder was excluded per rule).
