IMPORTANT: on this opportunity, BCForward is prime and Cardinality.ai is the subcontractor/tech delivery partner ('Secondary Service Provider (SubCon)' on Proposal-Summary and MO Summary). total_contract_value/ddi_value/mo_value/value_by_year and duration_months_mo/contract_term_months are all taken from the actual submitted 'BCforward Attachment D - Cost Proposal.xlsx' (found inside the folder's 'BAFO' subfolder, present in two near-identical copies dated 2026-07-08 13:04 and 16:07 UTC -- used the later one), representing the WHOLE state contract value including BCForward's and other subs' shares. Cardinality's own internal Proposal-Summary/MO Summary figures (variant_totals above) represent only Cardinality's own scope/price within that larger contract (DDI $3.40M no-discount / $2.98M with 14% discount, plus M&O $4.09M) and are NOT summed into total_contract_value to avoid double-counting scope. duration_months_ddi=15 and the roles list are Cardinality's own DDI staffing only (17 roles, hours_basis_per_month=168, from 'Proposal Staffing' tab), not BCForward's or the other subs' staffing. duration_months_mo=48 is inferred from the MO Summary sheet's own 'Start Date: Y2 / End Date: Y5' labels (i.e. 4 years) even though that same sheet's 'Duration(months)' cell literally says '4' (almost certainly a mislabeled cell that means 4 years, not 4 months) -- flagged rather than silently trusted.
