Chose the file literally inside the folder's 'BAFO' subfolder ('BAFO-IN - Quality Assurance System of Eligibility System M&O - Pricing - Feb 2026') over the outer-folder pre-BAFO Pricing/Working files, per the rule to prefer a BAFO-named source. MO Staffing tab uses 'Year-1'..'Year-60' columns rather than monthly (M1..Mn) columns and its 'Hours/Month' column reads 2016 (=168 x 12, i.e. annual hours) for every row -- this strongly suggests the 'Total FTE' figures in this table are FTE fractions averaged/summed across the whole multi-year M&O term rather than a single month, so fte_months values here should be read with that caveat rather than as calendar-month FTE; total_person_months and hours_basis_per_month were left null rather than asserting a monthly figure that the sheet does not actually support. 'Pricing Summary' tab's own 'Total to the state' row only sums to $456,084 across 3 M&O years, well short of the MO Summary's $610,112 across what appears to be a 4-year term -- used MO Summary as authoritative since it is the more complete/less-truncated summary block; the discrepancy is recorded as a variant. Several sibling working-draft workbooks (outer-folder Pricing, outer-folder 'Working', and a 'BAFO-...Working-Feb2026' sibling inside the same BAFO subfolder) were not opened.
