Assumptions
- 1. Hosting will be done on Rainmakers AWS cloud
- 2. Rainmakers will have configuration access to make changes to the features/functionalities
- 3. Customizations are supported, as long as platform code & database are not modified
- 4. L01 & L1 support will be handled by Rainmakers
- 5. L2 support (technical and queries, issue fixes) will be handled by cardinality if Annual SaaS with Premium services option is selected
