Extraction notes

M&O total shown (2,370,867.362) only spans the two M&O year-columns present in this workbook (Year-3, Year-4); the sheet does not show further years explicitly, so this total may understate a longer M&O term implied by an 18-month DDI+Hypercare phase. 'Pairin' appears as a second company slot throughout the pricing/staffing tabs with $0 values everywhere, i.e. a template placeholder, not an active subcontractor - not recorded in subcontractors.

RFP summary & assumptions

{"Purpose":"This RFI is issued by the Office of the Secretary of State to gather information and cost estimates for a state professional licensing system that supports license issuance, renewals, and enforcement to protect public safety. OPR is seeking information from qualified vendors that can provide IT services and project management for a professional licensing system and an enforcement case management system.","RFI Description":"The State is looking for qualified vendors that can deliver one system or integrated systems and handle development, project management, and ongoing operations and maintenance. Vendors should also be able to support future system enhancements. While the State prefers to work with a single vendor, it may choose multiple vendors if that offers better value.\n\n• Provide prospective respondents with information regarding business needs.\n• Solicit respondent information to assist the State in determining if identified requirements can be met in a cost-effective manner.\n• Solicit respondent information to assist the State in determining if identified requirements can be met by available Software as a Solution (SaaS) platform or a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution(s) hosted in the vendor cloud.","Legacy":"We are currently in a custom build that is built on the Pega Platform. All of our professions and profession types are within that system.","User Base":"55 + our system is also used by external board members and staff at other divisions of the secretary of state\nLicensing = ; Administration = ; Enforcement =; Docket Clerk = ; Business Office =; 133 Board Members & approx 75 other users\nCurrently more than 50 profession and over 500 profession types and growing","Data Migration":"bmp, doc, docx, gif, jpeg, jpg, pdf, rtf, tif, tiff, txt, xls, xlsx, odt, mp3, mp4, msg, wma","RFP Document Folder Link":null}
